1. Shipping Process
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement. Once processed, they are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS to your US address or U.S. freight forwarder address specified at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates
As De Essence sells products wholesale, the exact shipping rate will be calculated and provided after your order is processed. Shipping charges will be invoiced and shared prior to final shipment.

3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery to your selected US address or a U.S. freight forwarder address typically occurs within 3 to 7 business days after the order is processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location of the freight forwarder.

4. International Shipping and Responsibility
Once your order is delivered to the U.S. freight forwarder address, De Essence is no longer responsible for the goods. It is the customer's responsibility to coordinate the final shipment to their home country with the freight forwarder. Any inquiries or issues related to international shipping should be directed to the freight forwarder.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor its delivery to the freight forwarder. For international tracking, please consult with your freight forwarder.

6. Shipping Restrictions
De Essence only ships to U.S addresses and US-based addresses freight forwarder at this time. The customer is responsible for choosing a reliable freight forwarder that ships to their home country.
